the american justice system strikes BACK

Sources say that after she was told by the judge that she had to physically appear in court to discuss her "reassignment" this morning at 10 am, instead of being there via telephone, we knew today was going to be a crazy day for Paris.
CNN caught her being picked up by police in handcuffs at her home and being escorted to the courtroom.

In the courtroom, Paris seemed emotionally disturbed as told by one source. Seeing as though upon the announcement of her house arrest, she had started planning three parties to take place the following week, I have a little trouble believing that. After much debate, the judge ruled that PARIS WOULD BE SENT BACK TO JAIL to serve the remainder of her sentence. She was taken immediately to the jail and had to be physically removed from the courthouse because she was screaming "Mom, Mom, Mom... " as well as "This is not fair".

Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo issued the following statement to the public in response to Judge Sauer's decision ordering Paris Hilton back to jail:
"This decision sends the message that no individual -- no matter how wealthy or powerful -- is above the law. Today, justice was served."
Paris has filed an appeal. Good luck with that one.
